HOW TO: Save Filtered Transaction Reports

  • Navigate to Transactions from the Dashboard homepage by clicking on “Transactions” in the left hand navigation. 

  • Next use the filters on the top, right side of the screen to filter by your desired parameters:
    • Amount
    • Card Type
    • Source
    • Cashier
  • Click ‘Apply’ at the bottom of each drop down, after each selection is made. 

 

  • Once your desired filters are in place, click the ‘Save Filter’ button in the top, middle of the screen.
  • Name your Save Report/Filter for future use.

  • To return to a full list of your transaction report, remove all the filters you selected by clicking into each filter option drop down and click ‘Clear’.

 

  • To delete this saved report in the future, click the trashcan icon to the right of the filtered report name.
