HOW TO: Create and Send a Payment Link
- Navigate to Payment Links in the left-hand navigation.

- Click the “Create Link” button
- Click on the type of link you’d like to create
- Single-use or multi-use link.

Creating a Single Use Payment Link:
After selecting “Single-Use Link”…
- Fill in details:
- Customer’s name
- Amount needing to be paid
- A description of what is being paid for
- # of days you’d like the link to be active

- Click “Create Link”.
- Next, choose the method in which you’d like to send the link through.
- Email
- Enter email address
- Click “Send Link” button
- Email

- Send via Text
- Enter phone number
- Click “Send Link” button
- Send via Text
- Copy Link URL
- Click “Copy Link” button
- Click the “Close” button to return to your list of payment links
- Copy Link URL

Creating a multi-use link:
After selecting “Multi-Use Link“…
- Fill in the details:
- Choose the amount type from the drop down
- Set Amount or Custom Amount
- Choose the amount type from the drop down

- Note: A custom amount will ask you to enter a minimum and maximum range your customer can pay between.

- Link Name/Title
- Customer Description (the description the customer will see when they pay)
- Select require an Invoice # or Shipping Address by clicking the toggle to green.
- Enter the # of days you’d like the link live for.
- Then click “Create Link”
