HOW TO: Search Dashboard Transactions

To find a payment transaction in Dashboard:

• Navigate to Transactions from the Dashboard by clicking “Transactions” in the left hand navigation. 

• Next, use the search bar above the transaction table to find the transaction you are looking for. You can search by the name of the business or customer, approval code, last 4 digits of the card number, or dollar amount. 

• To reset the data or return to a full list view of your transaction, click the ‘x’ to clear your search term.
