Search for a transaction on Clover® Devices

There are three ways to find a transaction:

  1. Enter the payment ID from the receipt.
  2. Scan the payment receipt barcode.
  3. Filter your list of paid transactions by device, employee, tender, payment source, and transaction type.

On the Web Dashboard

From a browser, log in to your Clover account and select Transactions.

Select an option:

  1. To find it by ID, enter the payment ID in the search bar at the top of the screen.
  2. To find it by filtering, under the Filter by section, select an option.

Then, open the transaction to view payment details.

On a Clover® device

Open the Transactions app.

Select an option:

  1. To find it by ID, enter the payment ID in the search bar at the top of the screen.
  2. To find by scanning, on a Clover Flex, hold down the scanner button on the left side and scan. On other Clover devices, tap the barcode icon on the lower left of the screen and scan.
  3. To find it by filtering, select the filter icon in the top right.

Then, open the transaction to view payment details.
