Search for a transaction on Clover® Devices
There are three ways to find a transaction:
- Enter the payment ID from the receipt.
- Scan the payment receipt barcode.
- Filter your list of paid transactions by device, employee, tender, payment source, and transaction type.
On the Web Dashboard
From a browser, log in to your Clover account and select Transactions.
Select an option:
- To find it by ID, enter the payment ID in the search bar at the top of the screen.
- To find it by filtering, under the Filter by section, select an option.
Then, open the transaction to view payment details.
On a Clover® device
Open the Transactions app.
Select an option:
- To find it by ID, enter the payment ID in the search bar at the top of the screen.
- To find by scanning, on a Clover Flex, hold down the scanner button on the left side and scan. On other Clover devices, tap the barcode icon on the lower left of the screen and scan.
- To find it by filtering, select the filter icon in the top right.
Then, open the transaction to view payment details.
