How To: Create Payment Links in Gravity Dashboard

 

Creating a Payment Link in Gravity Dashboard

  1. Log in to the Gravity Dashboard.
  2. Scroll down to the Payment Link tab in the left-hand menu.
  3. Click on Create Link

 

In the pop-up window, choose between:

  • Single-Use Link: Use this option to collect payment from a specific customer.
  • Multi-Use Link: Use this option to collect payments from multiple customers. This link can be shared via:
    • Your website
    • Social media
    • Directly with customers for purchasing the associated product

Using Single-Use Link

  1. Click Single-Use Link.
  2. Enter the following details in the prompt:
    • Customer Name
    • Amount
    • Description (optional)
    • Reference Number (optional)
    • Link Expiration (in days) (optional)

 

  1. After clicking Create Link, choose how you’d like to send the payment link:
  • Email
  • Text
  • Copy URL (to share manually)

 

Using Multi-Use Link

Click Multi-Use Link.

Enter the required details:

  • Amount Type: Choose between a set amount or custom amount.
  • Link Name/Title
  • Customer Description

Adjust optional settings as needed:

  • Toggle Require Invoice #.
  • Toggle Require Shipping Address.
  • Set a link expiration limit (in days) (optional).

 

  1. After clicking Create Link, the Payment Link URL will be generated and displayed.
