But don’t worry, there’s a very simple and fruitful way to do it.
Look back on 2023 and see what you did well and what you did poorly. Go into as much detail as you can, but separating outcomes into these two simple buckets is enough to set you on the path toward success in 2024. Less is more sometimes.
Here are a few things to consider:
