The way we run our business is shaped by our strong set of values. These values guide what we do (and don’t do) every day. The traditional way of doing things would suggest profit is the compass point by which we navigate what we do. But guiding our actions by maximizing profits won’t help us on our mission. You see, Gravity is comprised of people from all sorts of backgrounds, lifestyles, and with unique beliefs and opinions. But what makes Gravity special is that every single one of us is passionately united in our mission to helping the hardworking little gal and guy achieve the American dream. Though we ourselves are small, we believe our actions will inspire others, and incrementally effect a change in the way we think about the purpose of business.

Every day we strive to be a little better than we were yesterday. From pay equality, to our time off policies, to inclusion and diversity. We are constantly thinking of ways to improve ourselves and each other, and our world.
Women in leadership has been a hot topic in America for quite some time. At Gravity, we are fortunate and proud to have a large portion of our leadership that are women. This is a platform for them to speak on women in leadership, their experiences, and perspectives. In addition, we wanted to hear from other women who have inspired, including a few who work at Gravity, as well as the hard working woman business owners we passionately serve every day.
Here is our entire series on women in leadership, all ten parts.
