Gravity Payments’ merchants elect this plan during the onboarding process. Users of the Clover Service Plan are billed directly by Clover.

Which Clover Service Plans Are There?

We currently offer the following plans:

  • Payments
  • Essentials
  • Register
  • Counter Service Restaurants
  • Table Service Restaurants

Each plan is compatible with different Clover devices and the most suitable plan for your small business depends on your specific needs.  All Clover Plans also bill Clover’s Merchant Platform Fee at $5.00 per month, and a $0.03 additional transaction fee for all key entered transactions.

Let’s take a look at what each Clover service plan entails.

Payments – First Device $0.00 Additional Devices $7.95/device

The Payments plan is the most basic plan which offers the ability to accept payments, including offline payments.

This basic plan offers the ability to accept all modern payment methods including contactless payments such as Apple Pay. It is a great way to get started with Clover devices.  This plan also grants access to the Clover virtual terminal for invoicing, Gateway API processing, and more.

The Payments plan is available for: Clover Go, Clover Mini, Clover Flex.

Essentials – First Device $14.95 Additional Devices $11.95/device

The Essentials plan introduces advanced features such as mobile payments with Clover Go, a virtual terminal with invoicing capabilities, transaction reports, order management, customer management, and basic inventory management and reporting.

This is the most popular Clover service plan, and it has sufficient features for most retailers and small businesses.

The Essentials plan is available for: Clover Go, Clover Mini, Clover Flex.

Register – $49.95 for first device, $19.95 per additional device

The Register plan requires a more advanced Clover POS system such as the Clover Station Solo or the Clover Station Duo.

This plan is ideal for large retailers and full service restaurants and introduces advanced inventory management and reporting features. Examples of this are the ability to distinguish between item variants and to apply discounts to single items.

The Register plan is available for: Clover Station Solo, Clover Station Duo.

Counter Service Restaurant Plan – $59.95 for first device, $19.95 per additional device

This plan is designed specifically for counter service restaurants, and introduces integrated payments capabilities such as the ability to connect to kitchen printers, kitchen display systems and full restaurant menu management options.

The Counter Service plan is available for: Clover Station Solo, Clover Station Duo.

Table Service Restaurant Plan – $89.95 for first device, $19.95 per additional device

The table service restaurant plan is the most advanced Clover service plan.

This plan offers everything the counter service restaurant plan offers, plus tableside capabilities such as table mapping, tableside ordering and payments, bill splitting options and scan to pay.

The Table Service plan is available for: Clover Station Solo, Clover Station Duo.
