Changing your PAX A920 terminal SIM card

Here are the instructions to swap out the SIM card in your PAX A920 card terminal:

Step 1: Hold the power on/off button on the right side of the device for 3 seconds, once the shutdown menu appears tap “Power Off”

Step 2: Flip the device over and slide the battery hatch cover on the bottom of the device to remove the back cover

Step 3: Push the battery up to remove from the device

Step 4: On the bottom left hand corner you will see a SIM card. Either use your fingers or a small flat tool to pull the card out and note its orientation

Step 5: In the same position as the previous SIM, insert the new one making sure it’s securely in place

Step 6: Put the battery and cover back on and power on the device

Set the APN

1. Open the Settings app -> PW: pax9876@@ > More -> Cellular Networks -> Access Point Names
2. Once the APN menu is displayed, add a new one by clicking the + button at the top of the screen
3. Set the following information:
   1. Under Name set it to Gravity ATT
   2. The APN was provided in an email sent out regarding the swap
4. Once the APN screen is displayed after hitting OK, tap the 3 dots in the upper right and tap SAVE. 
5. Tap the circle on the new Gravity ATT APN to make sure it’s active, otherwise it will default to the previous carrier (it should be the second option)
6. Reboot the device by holding down the power button and selecting “Reboot” twice
7. Swipe down from the top to confirm that AT&T 4G is displayed
