When Dan made the $70K decision, the initial rollout was that every team member had to make at least $50K or more immediately. By December 2016, every team member was to make $60K and above and by December 2017, everyone has to make $70K or above. Although the current minimum salary is $50K, the average overall employee salary has gone up to $72,000. Before the announcement, the average salary at Gravity was $48,000 – that’s an increase of almost 50%!
