We are currently experiencing a potential Clover outage, which has impacted our integration. You are still able to take payments via your Clover device outside of your POS using the sales app on your device. As a result of this issue call volume has increased; we appreciate your patience and will provide more updates as soon as possible.

STEPS:

  1. From main screen, press star icon on the bottom of your screen.
  2. From here, you’ll see a list of different reports.
  3. Look for option #4 labeled Reprint Credit/Debit (CR/DB) Receipt.
  4. The terminal may prompt you to enter in a manager password.
  5. Enter in the password now.
  6. Press the green button (OK) key.
  7. You’ll then be taken to a screen asking which receipt you’d like to reprint.
  8. You can select Last, By Transaction #, or By Card Number.
  9. Select Last.
  10. You’ll be taken to a screen asking which recipt type you’d like to print – Merchant Copy or Customer Copy.
  11. Select Merchant Copy.
