We’ve created a NEW feature report, just for you! Now, you’ll be able to view Settled Batch Information and all corresponding transactions in each batch.

#1. When will the migration happen?

Emails are being sent out to users who have emails on their accounts giving a specific date for your migration. If you don’t get the email, don’t worry. When Dashboard is ready for you, a prompt in Merchant Portal will direct you to Dashboard to create your user account.

#2. How can I learn about how to use Gravity Dashboard?

Gravity Dashboard was designed to be easy to use and intuitive to navigate to find what you need. However, a little extra help is never a bad thing, so we’ve created quick tutorials to get you started.

Yes, after creating your new login (See question #1) you should bookmark it in your browser. If you aren’t into bookmarking, you can simply copy this link and paste it into the address bar in your browser.
